College Staff

The staff of Christian College are dedicated to the provision of a fine education within a Christian environment – where students and families can recognize the care, concern and respect for others shown in everyday situations. Teaching staff, administration staff, bus drivers and maintenance staff share in a Staff Retreat annually to re-emphasize the important attributes, attitudes and commitment that distinguish Christian College staff.

Whilst staff may work at one of the six Campuses of Christian College, each staff member is aware that they are a vital part of the staffing team of Christian College, striving for the same objectives and emphasizing the same values and expectations.

Christian College staff are encouraged to be continuing learners themselves. Through ongoing professional development, both within the College and through external courses chosen, as well as taking on further studies in education, our staff are continually refining their skills and educational practices.

Staff Annual Retreat

The Staff Annual Retreat is held annually at the end of Term 2. This time away together enables Teaching and administration staff across all campuses to again focus on the shared vision for Christian College and explore the ways in which each one can contribute to it. Over the last two years the emphasis haqs been on reviewing faculty curriculum from Kindergarten to Year 12 to ensure progressive and effective learning into the future.
