In May 2012, our students, staff and
the wider Christian College Bellarine community celebrated the opening
of their cutting-edge Centre for Music, Sport and Performing Arts. The
new Australian curriculum includes a strong emphasis on the arts and
movement, and this new facility is timely to facilitate the greatest
learning opportunities possible for our students.

The Centre for Music, Sport and
Performing Arts has the scope to not only benefit Christian College
students but also the Bellarine Community as a whole. Areas within the
Centre are available for hire by local sporting clubs, community groups
and organizations outside of school hours. If you are interested, please

- A Music and Performing
Arts area which offers private tuition rooms for the teaching of
instrumental music and a large rehearsal room.
- A 320-seat Auditorium that
offers the College a fantastic space for music and drama performances,
school assemblies, guest speakers, etc. In addition to this, the Centre has a
large foyer and kitchen area which are used for events such as parent
teacher interview nights, art shows, community gatherings.
- A full-size court for
basketball, volleyball, netball, badminton and other sporting
pursuits. The court has the capacity to seat 800 people for

circuit room, two mezzanine levels used for table tennis, tumbling and
movement activities and a classroom for theory lessons.
