On the last day of Term 3, the Senior Students let their artistic flare shine through the annual ‘Wearable Art’ competition.
Each House created four costumes within their House colours and showcased their work using music and movement to enhance their performance. The students through many hours of hard work created all the designs and the highly encouraged use of recycled materials were utilised in all of the designs as well.
The 4 students on stage who represented each house performed in front of the Senior School students, teachers and guest judges.
The themes on the day were:
- Penman ‘Nightmares’
- Taylor ‘The Great Gatsby’
- Flynn ‘Around The World’
- Burrows ‘Toy Box’
The winners of the day were from Penman House who were successful through their high scores in creativity, visual impact, use of materials, effort and performance.
Well done to all the Senior Students who participated in this event.
