Earlier this term, as a part of the Term 2 Integrated Studies Unit, the Bellarine Year 3 and 4 students participated in a ‘Living Things Activity Day’.
A highlight of the day was a visit from Wild Action, where students had the opportunity to learn about, touch and hold a range of indigenous animals.
Other activities that the students participated in included animal crafts and a research based, fact-finding task in the Library.
Students discovered the many requirements that different species require in order to survive in the wild habitats in which they live.
The students and staff took away many fantastic memories from the day.
