Christian College participated in the National R U OK? Day this week.
This day is committed to acknowledging the importance of good mental health practice and normalising mental health issues like anxiety and depression and where to go to get help.
The students participated in different activities at their own campus and wore green to remind each other that it is ok to say you are not ok, but it is essential to seek help.
We would like to thank Glyn Harvey from ‘Harvey’s of Highton’ who generously donated 2200 green apples as a gift to every student at Christian College for the day.
