From the Head of Senior School

Our Year 12 students complete their formal classes next week and the VCAL students are working towards their employment, the VCE students are busy organising their revision. There is always a degree of anxiety and even excitement, maybe of the unknown, about the coming examinations.

Our students are very well prepared and the task now is often as much for those around them as it is for the individual student. As parents or guardians the best support is to try to keep things normal. Young people face pressure in different ways and it is not unusual to see reactions you may have never seen in your child. The advice is to be patient and ensure they feel supported. It is also normal for those around them to feel unsure of what to say or do. Please contact me at school if ever you feel the need to discuss how that support may look.
