Premiers' Reading Challenge

The Premiers’ Reading Challenge is not a competition but a challenge to each student to read, to read more and to read more widely.

This week Penny Edmanson have had the pleasure of presenting certificates to all students who successfully met the requirements of the Premiers’ Reading Challenge. These students completed the reading of fifteen age-appropriate books over the period of the Challenge.

All students in Years 5 and 6 took part, with significant improvements to their reading. Particularly exciting this year was the number of Year 7 students who opted to participate, with fifteen students receiving an award.

Year 5B were rewarded for their “Best Class Effort” with a pizza party.
