Writing prompt option - Granny Smith found this interesting bug while she was walking around her property. It was on a bluegum tree. Perhaps you could describe it or write about what type of bug you think it is! (For those of you who don’t know, Granny Smith is my Mum who has contributed lots of interesting content to our Term 1 Integrated Studies topic “Minibeasts”) 🐞

Happy Birthday to Charlotte T for the 9th of April! I have delivered a card and one of our birthday pencils to Charlotte and will do the same for people who have birthdays while we are in isolation!
Even though we can't be physically together we can still share in each others' special days! :)

Allie is turning 7 this Sunday - if you would like to help her celebrate her birthday from afar she would love to see you share a photo of yourself dressed up! If you have a pet you could even dress your pet up!!
Parents would understand that the school policy is only to hand out birthday party 'invitations' if the whole class is invited, which you all are, it's up to you if you want to participate! You could text your photo to Allie's Mum Jemma and you could send them to me so I can create a powerpoint to share of you all dressed up in your finest!
Remember this is an optional activity outside of school tasks :)

Today or tomorrow you will need to head into school to collect a physical work pack if you haven't already. There are hard copies of work for this week and next from me as well as Term 2 workbooks from Specialist teachers which your children will need.

If you have any issues getting to school in this time please let me know and I will arrange an alternative with you.

There is hand sanitiser at the front door of Reception and boxes with clearly labelled folders for each class and child. Please take the contents and leave the folder for potential future hard copy work collections.

Thank you all for the WONDERFUL start we have made, I'm so impressed with you all! :)

Good Morning! For those of you who have connected as parents and can leave a comment, please comment “here” or leave an emoji as virtual roll. Any parents who are not yet connected via the parent app, please have your child do a quick Portfolio post to let me know they’re “at school”. I will complete all parent sign ups today!
This is going to be a daily task and is just for school records and to allow us to follow up with you if we don’t hear from you! Thank you ⭐️
