Project Care Day

On Friday 19th August, the students at Christian College Bellarine held a dress up day to raise awareness and money, for the Captain Courageous Bone Marrow Failure Foundation. As usual the students got right behind the cause and demonstrated their generous spirit. The students were encouraged to dress up as their favourite super hero or someone that they admire and look up to. We had lots of Batman and Superman costumes, as well as a number of sporting heroes. In addition to bringing a donation for the foundation, the Project Care team organised soup to be sold on the day. With it being such a wintery day, this was a big hit, with lots of students enjoying some warm pumpkin or chicken noodle soup for their lunch. Overall the day was a great success with our students raising $720 for the Captain Courageous Foundation. Thank you to everyone who helped make the day a success.
