Year 11 Geography fieldtrip - VCE Unit 2 Tourism
Last weekend, the class of Year 11 Geography students took part in a two-day fieldtrip on the Great Ocean Road, visiting the 12 Apostles and various other locations in and around Port Campbell. The trip allowed students to investigate first hand the characteristics and impacts of tourism in the region. Data collection was a key component of the trip, with students conducting surveys of tourists and stakeholders as well as recording various observations in relation to the economic, environmental and social impacts of tourism.
