‘Embrace’ is a social impact documentary by Taryn Brumfit that explores the issue of body image. The Embrace movie looks at body image, wellbeing and “recognises the importance of body diversity, redefining and rewriting beauty ideals by harnessing and facilitating positive body image activism.”

'Embrace' contains important messages for our girls, however we recognise that not all girls would feel ready to view this film.
