Senior School House Swimming Championships
We were blessed with beautiful sunshine and fantastic performances from our senior students last week at the 2017 House Swimming Carnival.
We witnessed some excellent individual swimming performances, along with some great team performances in the Novelty swimming events. After five weeks of lunchtime practice sessions, our House synchronised swimming routines were some of the best witnessed since the inception of this event in 2004.
All Houses are to be congratulated and justifiably proud of their synchro performances on the day. Our synchro judges from K Rock, and Tegan Philip (2006 Graduate and current Melboune Vixens netball Vice-Captain) were suitably impressed by the level of skill, choreography and enthusiasm in each routine. We congratulate Flynn House for winning both the Swimming Shield and the Synchronised Swimming event.
All students are to be congratulated on their swimming efforts and for their support of this Senior School event. We look forward to the House Athletic Championships later this term.
