Indigenous Literacy Foundation Great Book Swap

This year we are once again supporting the Indigenous Literacy Foundation (ILF) by holding a 'Great Book Swap' on Wednesday, 18th October (Junior School Show Day).

ILF aims to help raise funds to raise Literacy levels and improve the lives and opportunities of Indigenous Australians living in remote and isolated regions. We ask for your support to help raise funds to buy books and Literacy resources for children in these communities.

We ask that the students bring along one of their favourite books (one that they are happy to donate) and, for a gold coin donation, they can swap it for someone else's favourite book. All the money raised will be donated to the ILF. Students can begin to bring along their books now in preparation for the day. There will be collection boxes in each classroom.

How does it work?
