Kay-A-Day Challenge

We have 132 staff and students signed up for the inaugural Kay-A-Day Challenge.

Each participant will be walking and running 1km a day for 21 days. The initiative started this Wednesday, 1st November and will conclude on Tuesday, 21st November. This initiative aims to promote physical activity and its benefits in keeping us fit and healthy.
