Christmas Hamper Drive - Project Care

As you may be aware, the Adopt-a- Family program is not running this year. We have been involved with the program since its inception, and wish to continue with our students helping those less fortunate within our local community to have a happy time at Christmas.

As such, we would ask the students to bring along items of Christmas food rather than gifts this year.  If each child brings 2-3 items, this should mean that each Homeroom will be able to create a generous hamper to be distributed by the different charitable organizations to families in Geelong.

We would ask that food items cannot be homemade or perishable.

Food items - chocolates, fruit juice, soft drinks, fruit cake, lollies, dry biscuits/ crackers, pudding, tinned fruit, chips, pretzels, tinned vegetables, tinned tuna / salmon

Other - Christmas tablecloth and napkins, advent calendars, bonbons

Thankyou to families who have already made donations. We aim to have the hampers finalised by Monday 4th of December.

Thankyou in anticipation,

Vicki Hayden
