Kay-A-Day

Today over 50 students celebrated the completion of the Kay-A-Day Challenge.

These students completed a minimum of 1km per day for 21 days in November. Congratulations to all students that participated in all of parts of the challenge.

Physical activity is vital in keeping each of us fit and healthy. A number of families involved in the initiative began routines of walking or running as a family. Over the summer, families are encouraged to continue to find new and engaging ways to stay active together.
