Service to Community Day - Year 9

Last week, our Year 9 students devoted their time to the service of others.

Unlike traditional Activities Days where students are taken to an attraction to be entertained, the focus of this day for students was to experience the reward and satisfaction that comes from acts of service to others.

Students were given the opportunity to serve the College community and each other in a variety of areas; ranging from construction of a new chicken enclosure in The Barn, working with the Williams House Kindergarten students as they visited Back Creek Farm, preparing clothing items for Geelong Mums, working in the Bellarine Junior School, and preparation of the end-of-year films.
