Q'ed Information Evening

Thursday evening witnessed the launch of Q’ed, our unique, select entry learning program for students with exceptional abilities and gifting. Parents and students engaged in a range of stimulating and challenging activities, and discussions as tasters of the program which will unfold in Terms 2 and 3. Q'ed in 2018 has diversified from the program in 2017, to not only be a campus specific program, but will actually comprise two programs: one for Years 4 to 6 and one for Years 7 and 8.

Alongside Q’ed, there will be numerous and broad ranged opportunities for enrichment and extension offered to all students who are excited and motived to engage in a challenge over and beyond that provided within the mainstream classroom.  Science competitions, Readers challenges, Mathematics competitions, Entrepreneurial challenges, and Chess competitions; the list goes on and so does the fun, the excitement and the growth. Keep an eye out for these opportunities and be encouraged to have a go.
