Parent Helper Information Evening

The Junior School Parent Helper Information Evening was held on Thursday in the Junior School chapel and was attended by over 65 parents. Our College staff were able to provide information about teaching and learning strategies and discussed the various ways in which parents can assist at Junior School.

We value and appreciate the generous support given by our Junior School parents, both in the classroom and wider school activities.

All parent volunteers are required to have attended a Parent Helper Training Session, hold a current Working With Children Check Card (have nominated Christian College Geelong as a place of voluntary work) and have signed our College Voluntary Agreement form.

If you meet all College requirements and would like to volunteer as a parent helper, please email your child’s homeroom teacher, who will then liaise with you about how and when you can best assist.
