Past and Present Media students Nailing it in the Industry

Media students past and present are winning awards and working in the industry using their incredible talents. Harry Dott (current year 11) was contacted by Rip Curl Australia to do some filming at Bells Beach of Professional Surfer, Tyler Wright while she was training with Micro Surf Academy. Harry was also asked to put together a one minute edit for their social media accounts which was posted on World Surf League, gaining over 90,000 views.

Harry Doull (current year 12) has been contacted by Steve Bastoni (Accomplished Actor) and the Peninsula Film Festival Director, to screen his Queenscliff short film. Harry was also put through a Q&A session discussing the making of his short film.

Lily DiSciascio (2017 year 12) recently won a Top Design award for her Magazine – Print Publication that she created in Media last year. Lily was presented with her award at the Melbourne Museum in front of her family and distinguished guests. This was such an honour for Lily as entries for Top Design are submitted by hundreds of talented Victorian Media students.

Congratulations to all of these past and present students.
