Easter Play

Junior/Middle School Assemblies.

On Thursday a number of Junior and Middle school students performed an Easter play in the auditorium which told the Easter story. The students practiced for weeks prior, and their roles in the play conveyed the essential Easter story of Jesus Christ coming to the cross for the salvation of every human being, if they choose to accept Christ into their hearts.

In the Bible, the book of Romans, chapter 6, verse 23 says this….”For the wages of sin is death, BUT the gift of God is eternal life in Jesus Christ our Lord”.

This is all about Easter and the message of the play. It was wonderful to see students from year 3 to year 9 involved together in our community at Bellarine Campus sharing the Bible message that is Easter. I’d like to thank Victoria Kent for her great support throughout and Mikayla Sargison-Mcleod in year 9 for her energy and enthusiasm.

Please have a wonderful Easter and drive safely,

Blessings,

Mr. Gary Crole
Chaplain - Bellarine Campus
