Great fun in OSHC

Welcome back to Term 2. We hope you all had a relaxing, fun and safe Easter Holidays!
There will be a couple of staffing changes over the first few weeks of Term 2 in OSHC. I will be here all of this week however weeks 2&3 I am away for University placement. Shae will not be here for the first 5 weeks of term as she is also on placement. So there will be some unfamiliar faces over the next couple of weeks, but myself and Shae will return from placement ASAP!

We have lots of fun and exciting things planned for Term 2 in OSHC however, we encourage children and families to provide us with feedback and suggestions of what your child/ren would like to do here at OSHC so that we can plan and program to the interests and needs of your child. We have a parents suggestion box at the sign in and out table in which you can utilize when signing your child in or out to provide us with any suggestions or feedback, or come and have a chat to us! Every term, children will complete a “Child Profile Map” which tells us all about their interests, which help us to program.

- If your child is booked in for a session and won’t be attending, please cancel this session online through your Parent Portal or by contacting Customer Care. This ensures we aren’t chasing up the whereabouts of your child with you when they have safely been collected from school, and also avoids the extra $20 charge for no show fee.

-If you are booking in a child for the first time in general or this year and they have any allergies, anaphylaxis, asthma or additional needs please be mindful we will require in date action plans (Camp Australia have their own for Asthma) completed by a doctor and there may be additional medical forms Camp Australia require. These will all need to be provided to us prior to your child attending along with any required medication. Please come and speak to us prior to your child attending.

Have a great term 2!
