See Think Wonder

This week in Prep our students continued their learning about ‘wonderings’ by using the ‘Visible Thinking Routine’, See, Think, Wonder.  The children spent time analysing a photograph of a swamp. They discussed what they could see, what they thought about the picture and what their wonderings were. This routine is designed to guide the children’s thinking from what they just see in the physical sense and to become curious about what could be. After a time of discussion the children then wrote down their thoughts and shared them with each other.
