Geelong Japanese Speech Contest
Following the success of last year's inaugural contest held here at Christian College Middle School, the 2016 Geelong Japanese Speech Contest expanded to 80 contestants from 10 schools in the Western regions of Victoria, being held earlier this week at Kardinia International College.
All the judges commented on the high standard of the contestants’ Japanese and were impressed by not only their language skills but also by the original content. Our college proudly had the largest group of the enthusiastic participants and their speeches showcased their excellent language skills. The participants and prize winners are as follows:
